Course Description :
This course deals with concepts, development , goals, theories, and methods of educational supervision, it also deals with sources of authority that govern supervision and their philosophical roots. There is an emphasis on supervisory leadership and its ethical values, and its implication on school climate and culture. The course discusses the New trends of supervisory visitation , teacher evaluation , and supervisory dialogue with teachers.
